News : Daft Punk Acapella

 Tuesday, July 3rd 2007, 8:30 am

I stumbled across this awesome YouTube video the other week when I was looking at some old Daft Punk videos and thought I’d share it. It’s a brilliant acapella group called the Carleton Singing Knights doing a version of “Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger” by Daft Punk. Although the video has lots of crowd noise which sometimes hides how good they are, they have really captured the essence of the tune. They didn’t quite manage the scatty, vocodered ending to the tune which goes across a couple of octaves, but they’re still an amazingly talented group of people.

  1. Wow this video is very cool. They seem to enjoy singing the song. It’s a nice tune. Especially the changing of the speakers while harder, better, faster, stronger is great!

    Greats!

  2. It’s great isn’t it? They’re awesome singers.
